If you’re a vendor, contact us today and one of the team – based locally – will come and provide a free valuation. Weekend and evening appointments can be arranged on request.
If you’re happy with our terms and conditions, we’ll start marketing the property on Rightmove, Zoopla and other national portals within 24 hours.
We generate interest in properties by, among other things, directly promoting our next auction. We typically have 5 or 6 auctions per year to generate traction.
At the same time, we ask you to instruct a solicitor who will prepare paperwork for potential bidders to assess in advance of the auction. These fees are reimbursed upon completion.
We contact the vendor with any offers that are made outside the room – just like a high street agent. You can accept these offers or wait for a bidding war to ensue in the room.
At least 24 hours before the auction, we will phone you to confirm the reserve price – the price below which you’re unwilling to sell. This binding agreement ensures peace of mind.
The auction begins!
If the gavel goes down, a 10% deposit is exchanged within 24 hours. If not, we enter you into the next auction – for free – and the cycle starts again.
